Return & Exchange Policy

We do provide return and exchange support for all products, subject to the conditions below.

To claim any return or exchange, customers must record a clear unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened. This is mandatory for any issue related to damaged, missing, incorrect, or tampered products.

If your product is received in a damaged condition due to shipping, and the unboxing video clearly shows the damage, we will take full responsibility and provide a replacement product. There is no need to worry if the damage happened during shipping and proper proof is available.

Please note that in such cases, we provide exchange / replacement only. Refunds will not be provided.

Return / Exchange conditions

A product may be eligible for return or exchange only if:

  • the item was damaged during shipping
  • the wrong product was delivered
  • the issue is clearly visible in the unboxing video
  • the request is reported within 24 hours of delivery

To request an exchange

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share:

  • your order number
  • a clear unboxing video
  • photos of the product, if required
  • a short explanation of the issue

Return / Exchange may not be accepted if:

  • no unboxing video is available
  • the video starts after the package was already opened
  • the issue cannot be clearly verified
  • the request is made after 24 hours of delivery
  • the product has been used, damaged after delivery, or mishandled

Important note

Products delivered in good condition are not eligible for return or exchange due to:

  • change of mind
  • personal preference
  • taste preference
  • delayed use after delivery

We reserve the right to inspect and verify all claims before approving a replacement. After review of the proof submitted, our decision will be final.
